Visiting all areas of the county to plan transportation improvements for the next 30 years.

To lead the preparation of the Regional Long-Range Transportation Plan, Imperial County Transportation Commission (ICTC) contracted with the Michael Baker International team and KPA, Inc. served as a member of the team charged with Community Outreach and Engagement. The objective of the Plan was to identify transportation priorities, funding, and policies necessary to move Imperial County forward for the next 30 years. • Engagement strategy and outreach plan

• Branding and key messages

• CBO outreach

• Steering Committee and Technical Advisory Committee coordination;

• Planning, developing interactive displays for, and staffing seven community-wide events

• Developing press releases, social media messages, e-newsletters

• Outreach conducted in English and Spanish
