In addition, Ms. Voran has managed the regional, community-based field operations for various public interest campaigns throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

She has been an advisor on legislation to a number of elected officials at the national, state and local levels.

Ms. Voran holds a Bachelors degree in Microbiology and a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. In addition, she has a Masters degree (pending) in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is certified in facilitation and conflict resolution.
